APS brings in Financial Manager to Cut Costs
BVB's clubs owners have decided as partners with APS, they must as BVB have been doing, go through stringent cost cutting plans. This is in order to achieve a healthy bank balance for later expansion.

Firstly 6 players have been transferlisted in order to raise cash, but also to cut down the wage bill.

Dean Wilson

APS's star player, BVB management see him as a great asset, but also a great drain on resources. By selling him, they look to recoup the money APS spent on him which was 90million, and cut the wage bill by 1.05 million/wk.

Carlos Tamayo

Bought for only 5.1million, the BVB management took an immediate dislike to him, not only does he drain resources but also quite frankly gets well overpaid. The BVB management told him this in no two ways, and at this moment he refuses to train with the squad, bon voyage say APS/BVB. 437k/wk saved.

Parmanand Shubhashish

Quite frankly a waste of space, is only the third choice DML, and he will not play in this team or in the future. Will save 218k/wk.

Kelvin Schagen

A young dutch ML, who spend most of his time partying on the money APS give him as wages. He is to be made an example of, for those youngsters who simply do not work hard; we give them the boot! Will save 127k/wk.

Tom Lecomte

Another player who recounts on past glories, and spends too much time in the pub. In order to cut the foreigner count and save wages for better future prospects, he will be sold. Save 280k/wk.

Giuseppe Nardelli

If he manages to get sold, it will be a nice little earner, simply bought to carry the boots of the other players, and BVB has decided they can get a cleaner to do this, so off he goes.

Total Wage Saving = 2.147 million/wk
Total Season Saving = 25.764 million

With the wages coming down, next on the list was the facilities; with the fans being the most important, it is important to keep stadium size big, as the fans will come anyway, until you reach a plateau.

Toilets from Level 3 down to Level 2 saves 500k/season. If they go down to Level 0 then that is a 1mill/season saving.
Lighting from Level 1 down to nothing, no need for lighting, only needed for international competition, a 1.5mill/season saving.
Heating from Level 1 down to nothing, a saving of 350/wk so 4.2million/season.

Total Season Saving of Facilities = 6.2 million

TOTAL SAVING IMPLEMENTED = 31.9 million (exlc. fired scouts/coaches)

With this saving, APS will be looking to recruit a few players, but most importantly be able to expand their facilities.

The future plan is to expand the YA from Level 4 to Level 6 this will increase the costs for the club from 12 to 34 million, which is a 22million/season increase. That still leaves 10mill/season to filled in with either a TG increase of one level, or buying some youth players.

Much depends on the selling of the players listed above; the greater income APS receive the quicker they can expand.
